iMPART Recruitment have been asked to look for an Assistant Finance Analyst; our client is one of the world’s premier retail & leisure brands with a name that is synonymous with luxury and value. They have continued to grow and enjoy a global turnover of several billions of pounds alongside an industry leading position.  This role has recently arisen and it has real responsibility for ensuring the success of their international operations.

Reporting at Senior Manager level, the duties of the Assistant Finance Analyst include:

·         Report on the monthly actuals & forecasts for the European cost centres including commentary / variance analysis and other ad hoc reporting

·         Develop / maintain the monthly reporting interfaces for Europe & AsiaPac

·         Assist in the implementation of Hyperion Planning / Reporting / Forecasting tool

·         Upload and maintain data within all financial systems

·         Play a key role in the annual budgeting process

·         Provision of day-to-day finance support to European sites

·         Ad hoc projects

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Finance Analyst role will be a part-qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA) who is committed to qualifying within the next couple of years. Candidates will have strong commercial & analytical experience and possess gravitas and credibility when working with non-finance managers. They will also have experience of producing Management Accounts Huge opportunities for progression exist as only candidates capable of more than just this role will be considered.
