iMPART believe that every recruitment process is unique and that there can be no ‘one size fits all’ mentality, no matter how many times we may have recruited a particular role before. Centred upon the quality of our service delivery, we adopt a flexible approach that ensures we meet the needs of each and every client.
We aim to meet all our clients upon receipt of each vacancy to ensure we gain a full appreciation of their environment, culture and values as well as gaining a clear insight into the key role specific requirements.
Recruitment is an inexact science and so our clients rely on our extensive experience of candidate attraction strategies to advise them of the most cost and time effective solution for each vacancy. Our tailored and personal approach has been developed to incorporate each client’s ‘wish list’ and to create the strongest possible selection of candidates matching each specific requirement.
We understand our clients lead busy lives both in and out of the office and we know they need to rely on their recruitment partners to provide an accurate, targeted and properly screened shortlist for every vacancy. At iMPART we ensure that each candidate submitted has been individually briefed, qualified and matched against both the hard and soft skills required for the role before their CV is presented – full interview notes are also provided on every occasion.
We have built very strong relationships with our clients by successfully delivering the right candidate at the right time, time and again. We achieve success by managing the entire process from start to finish whilst advocating an honest and transparent approach with open discussion at the heart of it.
